My mother passed away on December 23, 2006 after a three year battle with colorectal cancer **. We shared a home for nearly twenty years. Mom was my best friend, my rock, my icon and I miss her every single day. She lived life in a way that at times had me holding my breath, all the while wondering if I would ever find her courage and joie de vivre. She was phenomenal and in recognition of that I have added the passage to the right

I walk into a room
